of working out and a common form of physical, mental, and spiritual exercise is

research, Yoga is found to be equally effective as aerobics.
Strength- It will require a lot of strength to hold the
weight of your body and that is why it is not a five-finger exercise to become a yoga instructor. A regular
and consistent practice will only strengthen your arms, back, and core.
